Notice and taking effect of suspension

In force

(1)

If the Commissioner suspends a firearm authority under this Division, the Commissioner must give notice of the suspension in writing to the holder of the firearm authority.

(2)

Notice of the suspension must include a statement of the Commissioner’s reasons for the suspension.

(3)

The suspension takes effect when notice of it is given to the holder of the firearm authority or on a later date specified by the Commissioner in the notice.
