411 Decisions and other matters under 1973 Act
In this section —
administrative action means —
the refusal to grant, issue or renew a licence, permit or approval under the 1973 Act or this Act; or
the revocation or cancellation of a licence, permit or approval under the 1973 Act or this Act.
A reference in this Act to administrative action under this Act includes administrative action under the 1973 Act.
Any act, matter or thing done under or for the purposes of a provision of the 1973 Act and having effect immediately before commencement day is taken to have been done under or for the purposes of the corresponding provision of this Act.
