79 Grant of Range Licence to individual, body corporate or partnership
(1)
A Range Licence may be granted to an individual, a body corporate or a partnership.
(2)
A Range Licence must not be granted unless the Commissioner is satisfied that the licensee will operate the firearm range for which the licence is granted.
