Range Licence for shooting gallery

In force

(1)

A Range Licence can be issued as a Range Licence for a shooting gallery.

(2)

A Range Licence for a shooting gallery is subject to the following restrictions —

(a)

the shooting gallery is a licensed firearm range only when it is being operated in accordance with the regulations and at locations, or locations of a kind, specified in the licence;

(b)

the licence does not authorise the use of a firearm for the purposes of firearms training.
