57 Release of relevant interest from charge
(1)
The Commissioner must, on payment of the amount secured by a charge on a relevant interest created by the registration of a memorial referred to in section 55, release the relevant interest from the charge.
(2)
The Registrar must, on the production of the instrument of release, cancel the registration of the memorial.
