60 Commissioner may require fees to be reimbursed
(1)
The Commissioner may, by written notice, require an applicant for a first home owner grant, who holds a relevant interest in relation to which a memorial is lodged under section 55, to pay the amount of any fees paid by the Commissioner for the registration, or the cancellation of the registration, of the memorial.
(2)
An amount required to be paid under subsection (1) must be paid by the applicant within 28 days after the date on which notice of the requirement is given to the applicant.
