127 Directions as to route for movement of forest produce
(1)
An authorised officer may give directions to a person as to the route to be followed for the movement of any forest produce in a State forest or timber reserve.
(2)
A person must comply with a direction given to that person under subregulation (1).
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $2 000.
