128 Seized forest produce
(1)
Where any forest produce is seized under the Act, an authorised officer may direct the person in charge of any vehicle carrying the forest produce to transport the produce to a place indicated by the authorised officer where it can be unloaded and held.
(2)
A person must comply with a direction given to that person under subregulation (1).
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $2 000.
