131 Exclusion of operation of section 103A(3) of the Act
The operation of section 103A(3) of the Act is excluded in relation to —
(a)
removing firewood contrary to regulation 101(1)(a); or
(b)
driving or riding a vehicle into or in a risk area contrary to regulation 108.
