4 Approved form of contract
The Coordinator of Energy may approve the form of a contract that a person is required by regulation 6(4) of the Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs) Regulations 2000, as applied by regulation 3 of these regulations, to offer a person to whom gas is sold or supplied.
