18A Application of Division
(1)
Subdivision 2 provides for appeals, by leave as provided in that Subdivision, from determinations of the State Administrative Tribunal generally.
(2)
Subdivision 3 provides for appeals from decisions of the State Administrative Tribunal under section 110ZND to consent or refuse consent to the performance of an abortion on a person.
(3)
There is no appeal from a determination of the State Administrative Tribunal other than as provided under this Division.
