13 Financial provisions
An agency special purpose account called the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office Account is established under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 to which —
all funds of the Office are to be credited; and
all expenditure incurred by the Office is to be charged.
The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office Account is a continuation of the account formerly called the Office of Health Review Account.
The provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory authorities apply to and in respect of the Office and its operations.
