51 Provider must report on remedial action
(1)
Within 45 days after a provider receives notice under section 50(2), or before the end of any extension of time granted by the Director, the provider must report in writing to the Director what action the provider has taken to remedy the matter.
Penalty: $2 500.
(2)
Within the 45 day period mentioned in subsection (1), a provider may ask the Director to extend the time within which the provider must report to the Director.
(3)
If asked under subsection (2), the Director may extend the time within which the provider must report by no more than 15 days.
