52T Correcting public health warning statements
(1)
If the Director forms the opinion that a public health warning statement is incorrect, the Director must publish a correction statement setting out the reason for the correction.
(2)
A statement under subsection (1) —
(a)
must be published on the Office’s website; and
(b)
may be published in any other manner that the Director considers appropriate.
