130 Termination of contract of employment by executive
(1)
An executive’s contract of employment may be terminated before its expiry on the expiry of not less than 4 weeks’ notice of termination given to the executive’s employing authority by the executive.
(2)
An employing authority may agree to an executive giving the employing authority less than 4 weeks’ notice of termination.
