(1)

Nothing in this Part limits the power of an employing authority under other provisions of this Act to take improvement action in relation to an employee in circumstances in which the employing authority considers it appropriate to do so.

(2)

Nothing in this Part limits the power of an employing authority to take other action against an employee under Part 10 or under any other law.
