157 Inconsistent provisions, instruments and contracts

The provisions of this Part prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over any other provision of this Act.
The provisions of this Part and any regulations made for the purposes of this Part prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over any industrial instrument.
The provisions of this Part and any regulations made for the purposes of this Part prevail, to the extent of any inconsistency, over the terms and conditions applying to an employee’s employment under a contract of employment or agreement with the employee, whether entered into or renewed before, on or after the commencement of this section.
