195 Amendment of order establishing health service provider
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend an order made under section 32(1) by —
(a)
altering the name of the health service provider established by the order; or
(b)
altering the area in respect of which a health service provider is established; or
(c)
changing the nature of governance of a health service provider.
