62 Application of Financial Management Act 2006 and Auditor General Act 2006
Except as provided in subsection (2), the provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory authorities apply to and in respect of health service providers and their operations.
The Financial Management Act 2006 section 36(3) does not apply to money that comes into the possession of or under the control of a person employed in a health service provider in the circumstances specified in an order made by the Minister with the consent of the Treasurer and published in the Gazette.
An order under subsection (2) may be revoked or amended by the Minister by order made with the consent of the Treasurer and published in the Gazette.
