65 Health service provider’s funds
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the funds available for the purpose of enabling a health service provider to perform or exercise its functions under this or any other Act consist of money that is, under this Act or any other Act, lawfully received by or made available to, the health service provider.
(2)
Where any money has been accepted by the health service provider upon trust or lawful condition, the health service provider must apply the money in accordance with the trust or condition and is authorised by this section to do so.
