106 Terms used
In this Part —
heritage asset, in relation to a State agency, means a place that is owned, occupied or controlled by the State agency and is —
(a)
a registered place; or
(b)
a place prescribed to be a heritage asset for the purposes of this Part;
State agency means —
(a)
a department of the Public Service; or
(b)
an agency or instrumentality of the State; or
(c)
a statutory authority as defined in the Financial Management Act 2006 section 3.
