115 Police officers to have functions of inspectors
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, a police officer —
(a)
has and may perform all of the functions of an inspector; and
(b)
when performing those functions, has all the powers and immunities of an inspector.
(2)
The powers that a police officer may exercise in performing a function under this section are in addition to the powers that the police officer has under any other law.
