122 Issue of entry warrant
(1)
A justice to whom an application is made under section 121 may issue an entry warrant, if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that entry of the place is necessary for investigation purposes.
(2)
An entry warrant must contain the following information —
(a)
a reasonably particular description of the place to be entered;
(b)
a reasonably particular description of the purposes for which entry to the place is required;
(c)
the period (not exceeding 30 days) during which it may be executed;
(d)
the name of the justice or magistrate who issued it;
(e)
the date and time when it was issued.
