124 Effect of entry warrant
(1)
An entry warrant has effect according to its content and this section.
(2)
An entry warrant comes into force when it is issued by a justice or magistrate.
(3)
An entry warrant authorises the inspector executing the warrant, at the times and during the period stated in the warrant —
(a)
to enter the place described in the warrant; and
(b)
to exercise the powers referred to in section 119.
