158 Limited effect of processes under the Act
In this section —
process means —
the entry of a place in the register, or the removal or amendment of the entry; or
the giving of advice on a referred proposal under section 74; or
the making of a protection order, a repair order, an order under section 133 or a prohibition order under section 134; or
the formation of a heritage agreement; or
the making of a grant or loan or the provision of financial or other assistance under section 84.
Except as expressly provided under this Act, no process has the effect, with respect to any land affected, of —
giving the State, the Minister or the Council any interest in, claim to, responsibility for or obligation with respect to the land; or
affecting the rights or obligations of an owner of the land, or of another person with an interest in or a claim to the land.
