31 Section 41 direction
(1)
Within 30 days after receiving a recommendation made by the Council under section 40(2) of the Act the Minister must give a direction under section 41(1)(a) or (b) of the Act.
(2)
The following persons are prescribed for the purposes of section 41(3) of the Act in relation to a place that is the subject of a direction under section 41(1) of the Act —
(a)
each local government in whose district the place or any part of it is situated;
(b)
the Commission.
