Joinder of parties
18 Joinder of parties
An application to join any person as a party to proceedings before the Commission (the substantive proceedings) must —
be made in the approved form; and

The Registrar must serve a copy of the application and the attachments on —
the person to be joined; and
each other party to the substantive proceedings.
The application is not to be listed for hearing unless —
a response has been received from the person to be joined; or

the Commission otherwise directs.
