14 Terms and conditions of licence
(1)
The terms and conditions of a land access licence are the terms and conditions set out in the settlement terms Annexure O and includes those terms and conditions as amended from time to time under section 15(1).
(2)
The LAA section 91(2)(a) to (c) do not apply in respect of a land access licence.
