17 Approval for co‑existence of certain rights not required
(1)
The LAA does not prevent the simultaneous existence on the same area of Crown land of a land access licence and another right referred to in the LAA section 91(5).
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1) an approval referred to in the LAA section 91(5) is not required.
