33 Presiding at meetings
(1)
The chairman, if present, is to preside at a meeting of the Authority’s board of management.
(2)
If neither the chairman, nor the deputy chairman acting as the chairman, is presiding under subsection (1) the members present at the meeting are to appoint one of their number to preside.
