43 Minister may declare s. 40 and 42 inapplicable
(1)
The Minister may by writing declare that section 40 or 42 does not apply in relation to a specified matter, either generally or for the purpose of dealing with particular proposed resolutions.
(2)
The Minister must, within 14 days after a declaration under subsection (1) is made, cause the text of the declaration to be laid before each House of Parliament or dealt with under section 91.
