(1)
A limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership must keep at its registered office an office to which all communications with the partnership may be addressed.
(2)
If subsection (1) is not complied with, each general partner in the limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership commits an offence.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $3 000.
