Limited Partnerships Act 2016

A partner in a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership or a person authorised by the partner may at any time —

have access to, inspect and copy any of the accounts and financial records of the partnership; and

examine the state and prospects of the partnership business; and

advise and consult with other partners regarding the matters referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b).

The application of this section may be varied in relation to a limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership by a partnership agreement or with the consent of the partners in the limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership.
