112 Public Order in Streets Act 1984 amended
(1)
This section amends the Public Order in Streets Act 1984.
(2)
In section 9A(2):
(a)
in paragraph (b) delete “1974.” and insert:
1974; or
(b)
after paragraph (b) insert:
(c)
the holding or conduct of a major event (as defined in the Major Events Act 2023 section 4) on a road closed under the Major Events Act 2023 section 26(1).
