175A Chief Health Officer may act in relation to major event
(1)
In this section —
major event and major event area have the meanings given in the Major Events Act 2023 section 4.
(2)
The Chief Health Officer may exercise and perform any of the powers or duties of a local government under this Part in relation to the construction, extension or alteration of a public building in a major event area for the purpose of a major event.
