623 Community treatment order made under general power (1996 Act s. 67)
(1)
A community treatment order made under the 1996 Act section 67(1) that was in force immediately before commencement day is taken to be a community treatment order made under section 75(1).
(2)
The person who is under the community treatment order is taken to be an involuntary community patient.
