630 Variation of community treatment order (1996 Act s. 79)
Any transfer of responsibility as the treating practitioner under a continued community treatment order that was in force under the 1996 Act section 79(1)(a) immediately before commencement day is taken to be a transfer of that responsibility under section 137(a).
Any variation of the terms of a continued community treatment order that was in force under the 1996 Act section 79(1)(b) immediately before commencement day and had the effect of transferring responsibility as the supervising psychiatrist under the order is taken to be a transfer of that responsibility under section 135(1)(a).
Any other variation of the terms of a continued community treatment order that was in force under the 1996 Act section 79(1)(b) immediately before commencement day is taken to be an order varying the terms of the continued community treatment order made under section 122(1).
