69 Existing applications for development approval: applications with local government
(1)
This clause applies if —
(a)
before commencement day an application was made to a local government under previous clause 28 and not forwarded to the Commission by the local government under previous clause 29(1); and
(b)
on commencement day the application is not finally determined.
(2)
The application must be dealt with by the local government under this Scheme.
