71 Modified application of cl. 15 if plan adopted by Commission during relevant period
(1)
In this clause —
adopted plan means a plan —
(a)
prepared by an entity other than the Commission; and
(b)
adopted by the Commission during the relevant period.
(2)
For the purposes of clause 15(1)(a) an adopted plan is taken to be a plan prepared by the Commission.
