162B Extension of prescribed period or time
(1)
If this Act provides for something to be done within a prescribed period or a prescribed time, the Minister or a warden may, in a particular case, extend the period or the time for doing the thing.
(2)
The power in subsection (1) may be exercised whether or not the prescribed period has ended or the prescribed time has passed.
