41 Royalty value for rare earth element sold in product containing rare earth element
(1)
In this regulation —
REO means rare earth oxide.
(2)
The royalty value for a rare earth element sold in a product containing the rare earth element (the REE-containing product) is the amount worked out by multiplying —
(a)
the number of units per hundred of REO in the REE‑containing product; by
(b)
the representative market value of the REO decided by the Minister under subregulation (3).
(3)
The Minister may decide a representative market value of an REO.
