41A Method for working out royalty value of vanadium in certain circumstances
(1)
This regulation applies if the producer of vanadium —
(a)
sells a specified vanadium product to a related corporation of the producer; or
(b)
uses vanadium as feedstock to produce vanadium electrolyte.
(2)
The royalty value of the vanadium is the amount worked out using the method decided by the Minister under subregulation (3).
(3)
The Minister may decide a method for working out the royalty value of vanadium sold or used in the circumstances described in subregulation (1) that takes into account the market price for vanadium of the same or a similar form and grade.
