3 Form of register of transactions
For the purposes of section 25 the register of prescribed transactions —
(a)
is to be in the form of Form 1; and
(b)
may be kept —
(i)
in writing in accordance with regulation 4; or
(ii)
in an electronic form in accordance with regulation 4A.
