14 Offence and penalty
Every person who —
(a)
commits a breach of, or fails to comply with, the provisions of these regulations; or
(b)
wilfully makes a false or misleading statement or wilfully furnishes any false or misleading information in, or in connection with, an application for a licence or permit,
commits an offence and is liable to a penalty of $500.
