9 Issue of replacement licence or permit
Where the Director General is satisfied that a licence or permit has been lost, mutilated, or destroyed, the Director General may, on payment of the fee prescribed by these regulations, cause a replacement licence or permit to be issued; and the original licence or permit is, thereupon, of no force or effect.
