25 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction
The following enactments of this jurisdiction do not apply to or in respect of the Administrator or any function exercised or performed by the Administrator —
(a)
the Freedom of Information Act 1992;
(b)
the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971;
(ba)
the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 Part 2 and Schedule 1;
(c)
the Public Sector Management Act 1994;
(d)
the State Records Act 2000.
