National Health Funding Pool Act 2012

The following Acts apply (subject to subsection (2)) as laws of this jurisdiction to or in respect of the Administrator and any function exercised or performed by the Administrator —

the Archives Act 1983 (Commonwealth);

the Australian Information Commissioner Act 2010 (Commonwealth);

the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Commonwealth);

the Ombudsman Act 1976 (Commonwealth);

the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth).

Each of those Acts so applies subject to any modifications necessary to give effect to subsection (1) that are made by the regulations.

Until regulations referred to in subsection (2) are made, subsection (1) does not have effect and instead the legislation referred to in section 25 applies to or in respect of the Administrator and any function exercised or performed by the Administrator.
