35 Amendment and revocation of grant

(1)

Where the Registrar is satisfied that a grant should be amended or revoked, he may make an order accordingly.

(2)

Except in special circumstances, a grant shall not be amended or revoked under this rule other than on the application or with the consent of the person to whom the grant was made.

(3)

Where an order has been made for the amendment of a grant, the original grant shall be produced to the Registry for notation, or its non‑production accounted for.

(4)

Where an order has been made under the Inheritance (Family and Dependants Provision) Act 1972, the original grant shall be produced to the Registry, together with a certified copy of the order and 2 photographic copies thereof.
