5 Appeal from the Registrar

(1)

A person aggrieved by an order, decision or requirement of the Registrar may appeal therefrom to a Judge in Chambers.

(2)

An appeal shall be by notice in writing to attend before the Judge and shall be filed in the Registry within 5 days after the order, decision or requirement complained of, or within such further time as may be allowed by a Judge or the Registrar.

(3)

A notice of appeal shall be served on every person, other than the appellant, who appeared or was represented before the Registrar.

(4)

Where a notice of appeal is required to be served, there shall be at least 2 clear days between service of the notice and the day of hearing.
