11 Other evidence to accompany applications prescribed (Act s. 14(f))
For the purposes of section 14(f), an application for the issue of a licence is to be accompanied by 3 colour photographs of the applicant —
each of which is 45 mm long and 35 mm wide; and
each of which shows a frontal view of the applicant’s head and shoulders without sunglasses, tinted spectacles, head wear or any other item which may affect the applicant’s usual appearance; and
each of which has been taken within 3 months of the day on which the application is made; and
one of which is endorsed by a person who has known the applicant for at least 5 years as follows —
“ I certify that this is a photograph of [applicant’s full name] who I have known for at least 5 years. |
